Refund Policy

In the event that you wish to return a Petoleum Solutions product, you must do so within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please note that Petroleum Solutions reserves the right to withhold a 20% processing fee for all returns.

In your refund request, you need to include your name, email address, and the reference code of your purchase, and the reason for the return. The reference code can be found in the purchase confirmation email. In order to process your refund, you will be asked to delete all files. Additionally, you will be asked to a sign a Letter of Compliance verifying that you have done so, and to return the Letter either by fax or postal mail before you receive your refund.
